I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Alice, Timo and the rest of your team. I have had great confidence in you since we met and over the tastings however having moved down to the B.O.P and using all new suppliers, naturally I have been a little anxious to see everyone is action.
Timo - the food was exceptional - well-presented and tasted delicious, the feedback has been excellent.
Alice - having you there managing the timings etc. made me feel so at ease and I was even able to enjoy the event as a guest as well which is nice for a change! I think you have proven that everything is well planned and managed by professionals, so I am sure this will lead to more catering through Blue Baths and Terrace Kitchen in due course.
Your team - wow. Amazing. Such lovely staff, efficient and attentive to guests. Also, great to see a lot of kiwis on the floor which is not a common occurrence in catering. Love that you thought of the crowd and dressed appropriately to match the occasion.
I genuinely am so delighted to have such awesome caterers to work with down here that I can rely on as this is such a huge part in any event, really looking forward to our relationship growing. Thank you again!

Both Heidi and I thoroughly enjoyed working with you. You answered any question we had promptly and didn’t hesitate to change or add anything as we were figuring things out for the day. The lido lounge just looked amazing, the food was amazing, and the service was just awesome. Everyone made us feel very very special. So many of our guests have raved about the setup, the food and the service and we love that thank you. We have and will continue to recommend you and the Blue Baths and Terrace Kitchen to people. Claudia, thank you so much to you, Timo and your awesome staff. You guys were so great, and although I had a few drinks, I remember you guys being so nice to me and to everyone and that means a lot. Thank you. The food was amazing, people are still talking about the beetroot salad, the lamb was so yummy and my brother in law keeps bringing up the salted bread on the grazing table. We are so glad we picked you guys to cater for our wedding you did so well, who would have thought such yummy food could be made in those conditions. I hope Timo enjoyed the challenge and I hope your trip down wasn't too scary. Thank you for all the little extras you guys did too ..it really makes a difference when you have lovely people play a part in your wedding. I'm so happy how everything turned out.
